The AI platform we built for ourselves, and now run every project on.
What it is
Vera CloudAI oS is our own AI workforce platform. An agent is created with a type - development, writing, research, data, operations or design - scoped to a project and a function, and given a defined set of tools for that type.
We run on it across Digital Galactica Labs, easyChef Pro and NutriSync, and it is being developed toward a commercial release.
Why it exists
Most teams assemble their AI tooling per project and throw it away afterwards. We maintain ours as a product, which means the agents, tool access and scoping carry from one engagement to the next instead of being rebuilt each time.
Treating an agent as a configured, named thing with a project, a function and a tool list is a different discipline from opening a chat window. It is the difference between a demonstration and something a team can actually run on.
Why it is relevant to client work
When a client asks for AI agents inside their business, the hard parts are not the model. They are scope, tool access, permissions and knowing which agent is responsible for what.
We had to answer those questions for ourselves first, across four projects at once. That is the same argument as the rest of our portfolio: we do not recommend an approach we have not had to operate.
